Research Tropica is an open-source information platform designed to communicate current tropical research findings to non-science individuals in a simple and understandable format. Our goal is to simplify the otherwise technical research information for the benefit of the general public in order to help them utilize such information in their businesses and daily activities for improved profit and general wellbeing.  Research Tropica articles are published weekly and are accessed freely at www.researchtropica.com or by email subscription. These articles are aggregated periodically into reference texts which are subsequently published in soft and hard copies for extended reach and impact. It is also our goal to organize periodical physical and virtual meetings during which researchers, end-users and the general public interact, share ideas, and humanize.
